1、 槽鋼樓板的更關鍵一點就是槽鋼兩端的固定。固定方法主要有三種:一種是在墻上用角鋼做一個,并用膨脹螺絲鎖在墻上,然后用槽鋼固定在上面,也可以采用植筋的做法進行固定。此方法只限于兩端墻面是承重墻或者剛好有橫梁經過的地方,用膨脹螺絲固定于墻上,膨脹螺絲的間隔不超過200mm。另外一種是先在墻上打一個孔,然后把槽鋼伸進墻內,并由墻體直接承擔槽鋼的重量。此方法只限于承重墻或者較厚的剪力墻。

另一種方法是直接豎另一條槽鋼來支撐橫的槽鋼,豎的槽鋼要固定在墻上。此方法要考慮豎的槽鋼所處的位置的樓板的承重能力,宜多點分布式支撐,不要把力集中在少數的槽鋼上來承受,第三種做法要求采用槽鋼,而不是像種做法那樣用角鋼就行了。一般固定在更長的兩邊上面,如果更長的兩邊平行鋪設沒有固定條件時,也可以與更短的兩邊進行鋪設。

2、 解決了槽鋼的固定點,下面要解決的就是主龍骨的編排。一般對于居室來說,建議采用120×60×6mm或以上規格的槽鋼作用主龍骨。主龍骨應該與更短的一邊平行進行鋪設,間隔500mm左右。槽鋼必須架放在墻上的之上,且與墻面的空隙不超過10mm。槽鋼滿焊于橫檔之上。如果與更短的一邊平行鋪設沒有固定條件時,也可以與更長的一邊平行進行鋪設。

3、 再在主龍骨之間焊設副龍骨。副龍骨可采用等邊角鋼,規格采用50x50x4mm或以上的。副龍骨滿焊于主龍骨之上,平面一致,并且與主龍骨橫向垂直,編排間隔建議值是300mm(值),宜密不宜疏。為安全起見,宜在副龍骨與主龍骨之間的下部再焊接一小段角鋼的邊角料,以策安全。

4、 焊接欄桿或者樓梯。欄桿和樓梯只能焊接在主龍骨之上,且必須是滿焊。

5、 然后用砂紙打磨生銹嚴重的位置,然后用防銹漆把所有的槽鋼和角鋼滿涂一遍或以上。待其干透后,再涂一層磁漆,磁漆的顏色可以自由選擇。

6、 在骨架上面鋪設15厘的夾板一層,夾板可以用拉釘(鉚釘)固定在副龍骨之上。在夾板之上再鋪設12厘大芯板(細木工板)一層,兩層板之間的板間縫隙位置必須錯開,大芯板必須固定在夾板之上,直接打釘就行了。如果不想采用夾板,在副龍骨的密度夠密的情況下,在上面鋪設一層鋼格網之后,甚至可以采用細鋼筋加水泥灌澆一層厚度不超過50mm的樓板。采用水泥灌澆的樓板的晃動聲要低于用夾板的,但是用水泥灌澆的會有出現一定數量裂縫的可能,這時候必須確保水泥沙漿的配比和混有足夠的細鋼筋。

Cement pouring is used The shaking sound of the floor slab is lower than that of the plywood, but there may be a certain number of cracks when pouring with cement. At this time, it is necessary to ensure the proportion of cement mortar and sufficient fine reinforcement.
7、 鋪設其他面層材料,例如實木地板,地毯或者瓷磚(限水泥灌澆的樓板)。

8、 注意事項:1、如果你對槽鋼的固定沒有信心,必須在橫檔的位置加裝豎向到地的槽鋼支撐,在已經有橫檔固定的情況下,不是每條主龍骨都需要槽鋼豎向支撐,不超過6米的情況下,一邊有兩三根支撐就行了。2、鋼條本身不要是兩段焊接而成的,必須是通長一體的。
8. Precautions: 1. If you have no confidence in the fixation of channel steel, you must add vertical channel steel support to the ground at the position of the rung. When the rung is fixed, not every main keel needs vertical channel steel support. If it is not more than 6m, there are two or three supports on one side. 2. 9、 如果你的室內平面不是方形的,而是其他多邊形的,應該根據以上的原則進行處理。
